Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TejUS – The Execution OS (the “Service”), operated by SIIGNAL SOLUTIONS (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TejUS. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and up to date.

2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as expressly permitted by law.
  • Use the Service to send spam, harass others, or upload harmful or malicious content.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond what a normal user browser would do.

4. User Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you create in TejUS — including goals, milestones, missions, checklists, notes, and focus-session data. We do not claim ownership over your content.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you. This licence terminates when you delete the content or your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, branding, and content that we create — is the exclusive property of SIIGNAL SOLUTIONS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms; no other rights are granted.

6. Service Availability

We work hard to make TejUS available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for any downtime or loss resulting from such unavailability.

7. Beta Features

From time to time we may release features labelled as “beta”, “preview”, or “experimental”. Such features are provided “as is”, may contain bugs, may change or be removed at any time, and are excluded from any service-level commitments.

8. Future Subscriptions and Paid Plans

TejUS is currently free to use. We may introduce paid subscription tiers or premium features in the future. If we do, we will notify you in advance and clearly present the pricing and features before you are asked to pay. Existing free features that you rely on today will not be moved behind a paywall without prior written notice.

9. Disclaimer

TejUS is a productivity and execution platform designed to assist users in organizing and tracking goals and activities. TejUS does not guarantee specific personal, educational, professional, financial, or business outcomes.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIIGNAL SOLUTIONS, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@tejus.io. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that risks harm to other users, the Service, or the Company. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notifying you inside the product or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
