Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how SIIGNAL SOLUTIONS (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use TejUS – The Execution OS (the “Service”), accessible at https://tejus.io. By using TejUS you agree to the practices described here.

We do not use third-party analytics. We do not use advertising networks. We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

1. Account Information

When you create a TejUS account we collect:

  • Your name and email address.
  • A cryptographically hashed representation of your password (we never store your raw password).
  • Preference settings you configure — theme, timezone, workspace terminology, notification preferences.
  • Account timestamps (creation, last sign-in, password change).

2. Goals, Milestones, Missions and Focus Sessions

TejUS is an execution platform. To provide the Service we store the content you deliberately create: goals, milestones, missions, checklists, mission-mode focus sessions, XP totals, streaks, and achievements. This content belongs to you and is used solely to power your personal experience inside the product.

3. Google Login Information

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile — email, name, profile picture, and a unique Google identifier — for the sole purpose of authenticating you and linking the session to your TejUS account. We do not receive your Google password, contacts, calendar, or Drive contents, and we do not request access to any Google API beyond identity.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • All data is stored in a managed MongoDB database in a secured cloud environment.
  • All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS.
  • Passwords are stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing with per-account salting.
  • Session tokens (JWT) are short-lived and scoped to your account.
  • Access to production data is limited to authorised engineering personnel of SIIGNAL SOLUTIONS.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account (see Section 7), all personal data and content is deleted from the primary database within 30 days. System-level backups may retain a copy for an additional 30 days before rotation and permanent deletion.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Request export of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Withdraw consent for any optional processing at any time.

7. Data Deletion

Users may request account deletion and removal of their data by contacting support@tejus.io.

8. Account Deletion Requests

You may request account deletion by emailing support@tejus.io from the address associated with your account. We will confirm the request, verify your identity, and complete deletion within 30 days. A confirmation email will be sent when the deletion is complete.

9. Children’s Privacy

TejUS is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete the information promptly.

10. International Users

TejUS is operated from India. If you access the Service from outside India, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India, where our servers and central database are located. By using TejUS, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
