Privacy Policy
Your practice space should feel private. This policy explains what we collect, what we don't, and how we keep your information safe.
What we collect
Your name and email when you sign up. Your onboarding answers (anxiety level, career goals, confidence focus). Your practice sessions and reflections. Light technical data like browser type and approximate region (for keeping the service reliable).
What we never collect
Government IDs. Payment card details (handled by our payment processor when billing activates). Social-media activity. Anything you don't voluntarily type into TejUS.
How we use it
To personalise Sage's coaching to your goals. To remember where you left off. To send you the occasional gentle reminder if you've opted in. That's it.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't train AI models on your sessions without your explicit consent.
Who can see your data
You. The TejUS engineering team, only when needed to fix a bug or help with support — and only after asking you first when possible. Our infrastructure providers (database, email, LLM hosting), under strict data-processing agreements.
Your rights
You can export your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Write to hello@tejus.io and we'll respond within a few business days.
Cookies & local storage
We use a single secure cookie to keep you logged in. We store small UX preferences (theme, language, notification toggles) in your browser's local storage so they survive a refresh. No third-party advertising cookies. Ever.
Children
TejUS is intended for adults preparing for professional interviews. We don't knowingly collect information from people under 16. If you believe we have, please write to us and we'll remove it promptly.
